Participants in the festival can submit their works in the following six categories: Visual Creativity [Drawing], Creative Writing, Creative Video, Artifacts [Souvenir], Research, and T-shirt design ideas.

Submission is open from 14 April to 1 June 2021. The concluding events of the festival and the award ceremony will take place on 1-5 June. This year, the winners will go on a tour to the Oglakhty section in the Khakassky Nature Reserve.

The international media wildlife festival My Snow Leopard was founded in 2013 by the Sayano-Shushensky Biosphere Reserve and the Khakassky Nature Reserve with the support of the Khakassian branch of the Russian Geographical Society.
