Entries are now being accepted for the 8^th My Snow Leopard international media wildlife festival. This year the jury will consider works in the following categories: Study Summary, Creative Writing (poems and prose), Video (footage, animation and video clips), Souvenir and Drawing.

The festival will be held from 16 March to 5 June 2020 and will end with a traditional environmental forum My Snow Leopard, where the winners will be announced. More information on the conditions of entry can be found in the contest’s Regulations.

This year the main festival prize will be an excursion to Oglakhty Area in the Khakassky Nature Reserve and a trip to the Pozarym Nature Sanctuary.

The My Snow Leopard international media wildlife festival was established by Sayano-Shushensky Biosphere Reserve and Khakassky Nature Reserve with the support of the Russian Geographical Society in 2013. In 2020 the festival events will be organised collaboratively by the Sayano-Shushensky and Khakassky biosphere reserves.
