White whales from Primorye Oceanarium refuse to take a break

16 December 2017

The white whales Ler, Neil, Jessica and Miy, who were given a two-week break starting on 10 December, missed having spectators and made an early return to the stage.

“The animals did not want to go on a long break. They kept asking to go on stage at the same time when they were used to demonstrating their skills for spectators. During the same hours, they kept showing they were ready to perform by jumping out of the water and making noises. We had to let them out on stage,” a representative of the Primorye Oceanarium said.

Now the white whales will start learning new elements for their performances while practising their old elements as well.
